Sue Oswalt has been with IPMG for over 15 years and brings over 25 years of expertise in human resources to IPMG. Sue has great insight into our interworkings and employee populations at IPMG and is instrumental in developing HR strategies that support IPMG’s business goals. She offers her professional experience in employee relations, strategic planning, and administration of human resources activities, including initiatives in organizational change, performance management, compensation, workforce planning, and attracting the best employees!

Sue is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as an active member of the board at her local SHRM chapter.
