Meet the Team

Kim McMahon joined IPMG in 2010 as the Director of Nurse Case Management.

Kim is responsible for division management of a multidisciplinary team of registered nurses, physicians, and benefits specialists.   Leadership is focused on operations excellence and new business development over multiple product lines that include workers’ compensation, short term disability, leave administration, and employee benefits.   Kim brings over 25 years of experience in managed care, workers’ compensation, and insurance industries.

Prior to IPMG, Kim has managed organizations that encompass case management, utilization review, networks, quality improvement, training development, and accreditations. Kim held varied leadership roles in case management and utilization review, at a large national third party administrator and insurance carrier. Throughout her career, Kim has worked with a diverse population of clients in multiple industries.

• Board Certified Case Manager
• Certified Disability Management Specialist
